Cancellation Policy

Overview of Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of event decoration services booked through **LareLare.in** and provided by **Splodeit**. We aim to provide a fair and straightforward process for cancellations while respecting the scheduling and preparation time required for our specialized services.

1. Full Refund Window

Customers are eligible for a **complete 100% refund** of the booking amount if the cancellation request is successfully submitted **at least 48 hours (Two Days)** before the scheduled date and time of the event and decoration setup.

*Example: If your event setup is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Saturday, you must cancel before 10:00 AM on Thursday to receive a full refund.*

2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours of the Event

If a cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled setup time, the following policies apply due to the preparation (sourcing, cutting, assembling) of custom materials and scheduling of decorator staff:

  • A **50% refund** of the total booking amount will be issued.
  • The remaining 50% will be retained by Splodeit to cover material costs and labor time already invested.

3. Cancellation on Day of Event (or No-Show)

Cancellations requested on the day of the event, or instances where the customer is unavailable or unwilling to provide access for setup (No-Show), will **not be eligible for any refund**. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

4. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To cancel your booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on LareLare.in.
  2. Navigate to the "My Bookings" section.
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel Booking" button.
  4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The cancellation timestamp will be recorded at this point.

If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support immediately with your booking ID.

5. Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds (full or partial) will be processed back to the original payment method within **5-7 business days** from the date of cancellation approval. The time taken for the funds to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
